Each session is thoughtfully created to build strength and flexibility while welcoming all experience levels - from beginners to advanced yogis - with plenty of modifications to help you find the perfect balance to flow and go.
What to expect:
It is my intention to create a safe and inclusive environment for you to discover, explore, and expand your limits. To provide a space for you to step out of your comfort zone again and again. To introduce you to a community of wellness seekers that firmly believe intentionality is the key to growth.

Bring your favorite mat and good energy! A block and straps can be provided but you are welcome to bring your own

One time session
Step into your practice with an energetic 50-60 minute customized vinyasa flow. Your session includes personalized alignment cues, mindful breathwork, and a balanced blend of strength-building and flexibility work - all tailored to your current level and goals.
Multiple sessions
Deepen your practice with five 50-minute vinyasa sessions. This package lets you build consistency in your practice, explore various yoga therapies all while saving $25. You'll explore new poses, refine your alignment, and advance at your own pace while receiving consistent guidance.
