As a certified yoga instructor, dancer, and licensed physical therapy assistant, Brittany has always been driven by a lifelong fascination with the intricacies of how the mind and body move cohesively. While having a successful career as a professional dancer she experienced a life-changing injury. That experience taught her the true power of gratitude allowing her to regain a sense of empowerment through holistic healing.
